Dr Herrera recently attended the Vail Hip Arthroscopy Symposium. All the latest techniques in Hip Arthroscopy were discussed. Newer techniques such as labral augmentation/reconstruction, capsular reconstruction and endoscopic proximal hamstrung repairs were all showcased.
Dr Herrera recently was at Arthrex in Naples, Fl taping a video for Arthrex’ regarding a novel hip arthroscopy wand. This wand will make hip arthroscopy, labral repair and FAI surgery much easier.

Dr Herrera recently traveled to Colombia to lecture on the latest arthroscopic techniques on ACL surgery and Rotator cuff surgery.
Dr Herrera recently returned from his trip to the Dominican Republic where he represented the surgery center at doral and provided his expertise in sports related injuries at the prestigious rehab clinic in santo domingo.

Visit to Dominican Republic
Dr Herrera just returned from lecturing in Cancun , Mexico (Oct25-27, 2012) at the Mexican Arthroscopy Society Meeting. He lectured on the latest ACL surgical techniques and an Update on Rotator cuff Arthroscopic Surgical techniques.
On Sept 21st Dr Herrera lectured on the Indications for Hip Arthroscopy at the First Annual Miami Institute for Joint Reconstruction Workers Comp Symposium.
